The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) is the national advisory body to Government on science and technology policy. The MCST is also the national agency responsible for the management of the local RTDI programme, as well as the national contact organisation for the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

Events - 14/05/2008 Information session on call for proposals under the 2008 Eco-innovation programme - New Call for Eco-innovation 2008 Programme now open. The 2008 Call seeks to fund some of the best eco-innovative pilot and market replication projects (i.e. new products, processes or services showing clear environmental benefits) and help them succeed in the market. more

Events - 12/05/2008 Public Lecture on The European Research Area Green Paper - The Malta Council for Science and Technology is organising a public lecture on the EUs Green Paper on the European Research Area (ERA). The two hour session is being held at the University of Malta, 12th May at 1pm, room LC217.
